Anyone know of an affordable PoE powered Linux/Windows machine? Like a CloudKey?

Other Hardware - Ars Technica OpenForum - arstechnica.com
I found only two current models (skinnypc, but it’s a full AIO) and an industrial unit. Both run $1000 for a super low end machine. I was thinking someone might have made something like the Intel Compute Stick but PoE powered instead of HDMI powered. I was thinking a small remote access machine that could be plugged in to a switch and left hanging would be usable-not unlike the UBNT CloudKey, but running something a little more accessible for remote access and config stuff while we work off site.

My hope:

- inexpensive (so I can get a couple to put at various places, and send one out when needed)

- runs headless without an issue

- Ethernet port (obviously-PoE kinda requires it) because who wants to trouble shoot anything over wifi (especially when its wifi)

- runs either Linux or Windows

would also be great if it had at least one real USB A port, a microSD or SD card slot, and some video out port should that be needed.

I have a couple of HP Stream boxes, but the dual cords make them a bit of a pain, and just a tangle.
