Recommended NICs for image deployment

Networking Matrix - Ars Technica OpenForum - arstechnica.com
Which NIC should I get?

Price: $20-50 and $50-150

Interface: PCIe or something better?

Here's some I've been eyeballing:

Intel EXPI9301CTBLK [url]

StarTech (Intel i210-AT)

Rosewill RC-411

I've got an 8-port Gigabit switch and an 'intranet-only' server (if that's the right term). The server is master of its domain (forest level). AD DS, DNS, WDS, MDT, DHCP are alllll set up. I want some hardware that can fully saturate my switch, which seems to be the main constraint. I suspect that the server can't deliver the 125MB/s to each client simultaneously. Advice on switches or something better would also appreciated.

Any ideas?

(Note: the server's onboard Gigabit ethernet is a no-go. Have to use it for VM (or use the NIC for VM).

Server specs: FX-8320, some 890FX mobo with plenty of PCIe slots, 16GB DDR3-1866, M550 256GB SSD, OCZ Trion 150 512GB SSD, etc.
