Need help getting better colours and HDR in 4k

Home Theater Computers - www.avsforum.com
I have a HTPC with a GeForce 1050 TI connected to a Pioneer receiverthat is 4k HDR ready and a 4K HDR tv. Model details below in my signature.

I'm running Windows 10 and for some reason I was never able to use a different output color format than YCbCr 4:2:0 and limited dynamic range at 3840x2160p 60Hz.

Alywas using the latest nVidia drivers.

I was hoping that maybe with the recent Windows 10 Creators Update I might be able to get this and also HDR to work on my PC but I have the same issues after the update. And I don't see the HDR options.

The TV is set for UHD Color for this input, I have new 4k ready HDMI cables. TV and receiver have the latest firmware updates.

What am I doing wrong here?
