ASRock Extreme11 Vs. ASUS Rampage IV Extreme

Motherboards Forum - www.tomshardware.co.uk
I was recently doing research comparing between the ASRock Extreme11 and ASUS Rampage IV Extreme, I heard good things about both, and overclockers highly recommend The Rampage IV Extreme, I also heard that there will be a Black Edition of it, however, I'm currently confused, the Extreme11 can run 4-way SLi on 16x/16x/16x/16x configuration, which is insanely fast, it also has a better onboard sound quality, in the other hand, I didn't see a single overclocker recommending anyone to buy the Extreme11, although they say it's good, most of the overclockers I know own the Rampage IV Extreme..
