CPU Cooling - Megahalems v Corsair H100i

Hi

I'm trying to decide which CPU cooler to get.

I had my mind set on the Prolimatech Megahalems Red series as it has good reviews and I think it would look good in my case.

However, it doesnt keep the CPU as cool as some of the sealed liquid coolers such as the Corsair H100i.

I'm planning on getting an I7-3770k and over clocking, in a HAF912 windowed case.

So my question is; will the Megahalems (+ 1 fan) keep my CPU cool enough when overclocking with out too much noise, OR should I go for a sealed liquid cooler.

Appreciate any input. Thanks
