GPU Prices are crazy... what's reasonable for a 1070 or 1080?

Video Cards and Graphics - AnandTech Forums - forums.anandtech.com
I've read all about the bitcoin and etherium mining so I get it... supply and demand.

My question is what is a reasonable price for a 1070 or 1080 right now?

All I see are 1080's for 600 and up. 1070's are at 450 and up. 500 for the better reviewed ones.

That's if they are in stock at all. Unless there are signs this will end soon? I'll wait a week or two if I must but I'm kinda anxious to get my build ordered
