Hi,I'm experiencing regular dropped frames when playing videos in iTunes on my brand new 2016 MacBook with m5 processor.HTML5 videos in Safari play fine. This seems to be a h264 video issue, the same videos play fine on my iMac.What can I do ?

Today youtube released 4k videos at 60fps. I am at my girlfriends house using her super fast internet and the videos load fine. Once I hit play, the videos jerk and stutter so bad. Since upgrading my cpu, all games i play drop frames immensely
Upgraded from my AMD FX-4300 to a AMD FX-8350. Since then, all my games have randomly dropped frames to about 15-20 from 35-50. The problem isn't my gpu, i used it on my other build.

I have some problems with my video card, it's an AMD sapphire 7790. When is installed it a week ago, it worked really well but now if i play bf4 my fps dropped mayby 40 frames so what should i do?
